Innovation Law Group wins patent case
TP Solar, Inc., represented by Jacques M. Dulin of Innovation Law Group, 237 N. Sequim Ave., Sequim, has defeated a claim by Despatch Industries that TPSI’s MD-225 furnaces infringed on the Despatch 650 patent. Judge Manuel L. Real ruled there was no infringement because all TPSI furnaces employ up access features, whereas the Despatch patent was limited to down access functionality. ‘Tourism Summit’ planned for October
