Learn decking options at Hartnagel

Market smarter with social media

Renne Emiko Brock-Richmond presents a “Smart Social Media Marketing” workshop from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday, June 14, at the Old Dungeness Schoolhouse, 2781 Towne Road, Sequim. Participants learn how to use social media to strengthen awareness about a business, group, organization or cause.

Basic computer knowledge is required; bring a WiFi friendly computer. Cost is $20 per student.

The Sequim-Dungeness Hospital Guild Thrift Shop, 204 W. Bell St., is open from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, June 16. All white-tagged items are half price. Summer fashions, accessories and home furnishings are featured. Call 683-7044 for information or to volunteer with the shop.

Dickinson completes training

Don Dickinson of Pacific Office Equipment has completed Canon training and is certified to work on both the Canon ImageRunner 1750 and Image Runner Advance 4000 series of copy machines. Nash boosts hours

Nash’s Farm Store, 4681 Sequim-Dungeness Way in Dungeness, is extending its hours for the summer, starting June 19. New hours will be 9 a.m.-7 p.m., Tuesday–Sunday.

Village Hair adds cosmetologist

Village Hair Design, 645 W. Washington St., Ste. 5, has hired cosmetologist Jane Stone this spring. She is available for haircuts, coloring, perms, styling, pedicures/manicures and waxing. Hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday and 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday. Call 683-1144 for more information.
