Cookie demo set at Nash’s Farm Store

Join pastry chef Sharah Truett for a presentation on baking cookies at 4:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 4, at Nash’s Farm Store, 4681 Sequim-Dungeness Way. The talk is free and open to the public.
Truett is the pastry chef for the Alder Wood Bistro. She also is an avid gardener and loves cooking with fresh, organic ingredients. She was the chef intern at Nash’s Organic Produce for the 2010 season.
