Butler joins dream team

Sequim Gazette staff

Marna Butler, MSN, FNP-C is now seeing patients at Olympic Medical Sleep Center in Sequim.

Butler joins Michael McDonald, MD, at the Sleep Center, providing care for local patients who may suffer from disruptive sleep disorders. Though she is qualified in all aspects of sleep medicine, she has a key interest in insomnia. Butler and Lindsay Johnson, RST,RPSGT, clinical sleep educator, provide cognitive behavioral therapy for patients suffering from insomnia.

“Marna is an excellent addition to our sleep medicine team and allows us to expand and serve more patients at our Sleep Center in Sequim,” said McDonald, sleep medicine physician and medical director, Olympic Medical Sleep Center.

Butler, a registered nurse for more than 30 years, obtained her nurse practitioner credentials to allow her to provide more advanced care to patients. “As a nurse practitioner, I have the opportunity to spend time with patients, listen to their concerns and work with each patient.”

Butler is accepting referrals for all sleep disorder conditions. For more information on sleep medicine services or to make an appointment, call Olympic Medical Sleep Center at 582-4200.
