Blanchard to speak at conference

Mindi R. Blanchard, M.Ed., CPG, from Bridge Builders Ltd., will present “Guardian Qualifications: A Journey Not a Destination” at the 3rd World Congress on Adult Guardianship. The World Congress will be May 28-30 in the Washington, D.C., area. In June 2013, Blanchard started a nonprofit called The Guardian Institute for the purpose of providing support services to lay and professional guardians. In addition, she addressed the lack of funding for low-income guardianships by developing a foundation in order to receive donations and grants.
