Buren now TRX-certified
Anytime Fitness of Sequim announced last week that fitness coach/personal trainer Marcus Buren II recently completed a workshop and certification process for the TRX Suspension Training System.
TRX is a method of training which focuses on movement rather than muscle, resulting in functional strength that can be applied in daily life, preventing injury and improving performance.
“I just want to become as effective as possible at helping our clients get the results they’re after,” Buren said.
As a member of the Anytime Fitness coaching staff, Buren is required to participate in regular continuing education and certification to enhance his skills. Call 683-4110.
