Wind Rose Cellars celebrates its grand opening 3-6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 13, at 155 W. Cedar St., Suite B, Sequim.
Appetizers and wine by the glass will be served and Jake Reichner provides live music.

Capacity, Country Aire aid Hurricane road effort
For the second year, Capacity Provisioning Inc. has pledged a fiber optic Internet service connection and one year’s high speed service in exchange for a donation to the effort to keep Hurricane Ridge open year-round.
This year Country Aire in Port Angeles donated $2,000 toward the effort and will use the Internet connection at its new store in the Gottschalk building on First Street.

Michael Ballard and Jordan Shearer have opened a mobile carwash business. They come to customers’ homes to wash cars and recreational vehicles.
The price is $15 per car and $50 for recreational vehicle washes and mini-detailing.
