R&T hosts demos for art walk
R&T Crystals and Beads, 158 E. Bell St., will have jewelry demonstrations from Paulette Hill and D’Ann Gonzales during the Sequim First Friday Art Walk from 5-8 p.m. Jan. 4.

The Dockside Grill at John Wayne Marina, 2577 West Sequim Bay Road, is closed through Jan. 8 and will reopen Wednesday, Jan. 9. Call 683-7510.

Thrivent Financial for Lutherans hosts a free workshop,“Introduction to Investment Strategy,” to give adults a basic understanding of investing concepts, from 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 9, at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 132 E. 13th St., Port Angeles.
