Secrets revealed

Leslie Van Romer, chiropractor, speaker and author, presents a free motivational health presentation “10 Age-Defying Secrets: Rev Up and Reverse the Downward Spiral!” with guest speaker Narinder Duggal, M.D. from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 6, at Olympic Theatre Arts Center, 414 N. Sequim Ave.

Duggal is an internist, diabetic specialist, aging expert and pharmacologist from Poulsbo.

Glass holiday open house

Fused glass artists Renee Mullikin and Susan O’Brien hold a holiday open house and sale 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 4, at the Sand and Fire Studio, 73 Idea Place, Carlsborg. 

Pieces available include jewelry, platters, decor and sale items. Special orders can be taken for Christmas gifts.

Extended shopping hours are available Friday, Dec. 3, in downtown Sequim during “Holiday Harmony in Sequim.” The open house continues Saturday, Dec. 4.

Thrift shop open Saturday

Sequim Dungeness Hospital Guild’s Thrift Shop, at the corner of Second Avenue and Bell Street in Sequim, will be open 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 4.

Holiday items will be featured and all white-tagged merchandise will be half-priced during this sale.
