Self-storage facility coming to Sequim

The owners of Deer Park Self Storage &Penske Truck Rental in Port Angeles announced Dec. 9 that they are building a new self-storage facility in Sequim with a scheduled opening in the summer of 2017. The new location will be at 40 Taylor Cutoff Road. The new self-storage facility will offer Penske rental trucks, over 400 fully heated and dehumidified drive-up, storage units, a large retail store with moving and packing supplies, 24-hour controlled gate access, fortress-style perimeter fencing, individual door alarm monitoring and numerous other amenities and features advanced security systems.

Pilgrim joins First Federal

First Federal has hired Melanie Pilgrim to be part of its mortgage lending team. Pilgrim most recently was a loan officer with Wallick &Volk in Bellevue.
