‘Business Showcase’ deemed a success

Visitors and vendors alike got the royal treatment at the Sequim-Dungeness Valley Chamber of Commerce’s 11th-annual Business Showcase held Oct. 24 at Sunland Golf & Country Club.

The theme was “Experience the Crown Jewels of Sequim.”

Shelli Robb-Kahler, executive director of the Sequim-Dungeness Valley Chamber of Commerce, said the event drew about 150 people, not counting vendors.

“I’ve had several people tell me it’s the best one ever,” Robb-Kahler said. “I think people really enjoyed the theme and the games that all the vendors (offered).

“We had lots of fun.”

Sponsors at the event included the Sequim Gazette, First Federal, The Lodge at Sherwood Village and Sherwood Assisted Living, Fifth Avenue, Discovery Memory Care, Evergreen Home Loans, Habitat For Humanity of Clallam County, Sound Community Bank, McCrorie Carpet One and The UPS Store.
