As a division of JACE Real Estate Company, the new office of Brody Broker Real Estate recently opened at 990 E. Washington St., Ste. E-107 in Sequim.

Brody Broker has been the top selling individual Realtor in Sequim since 2006. His team, including Realtors Mae Graves, Will Hammond, Melanie Swagerty, Debbie Swanson and Lisa Szumski sold over $30 million in real estate in 2016 alone.

Eileen Schmitz is the president of JACE Real Estate Company with offices in Port Angeles and Sequim and coordinated with Broker and his team in opening the new Brody Broker Real Estate office where Schmitz is the designated broker and oversees education and administration.

Longtime Sequim residents, Broker and Schmitz worked together at JACE Real Estate Company for more than six years and spent the past year planning this expansion which allows both brands to optimize their presence and service to sellers, buyers and real estate investors.

As a result of this expansion, Realtor hiring is taking place at JACE Real Estate Company’s Sequim location at 761 N. Sequim Ave.

Interviews are being scheduled for new and experienced Realtors and teams to join the established JACE Sequim sales force consisting of Lisa Roberts, Jody McLean, Ceilidh Duncan and Lori Christie.

Schmitz anticipates growth of more than 100 percent in 2017 and as a certified educator in Washington, is scheduling career training and business classes beginning next month in Sequim.
