Spiritual Living summer festival

The Sequim Center for Spiritual Living is having an end of summer festival from 11:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 12, at Pioneer Memorial Park 387 E. Washington St., Sequim.



Conference on creationism at Sequim Bible

Sequim Bible Church, 847 N. Sequim Ave., hosts Dr. Robert Carter, a Creation Ministries International scientist and speaker, for two lectures.

He'll speak on "Dinosaurs and the Bible" at 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 18, and "The Alternative: Creation's Competitive Edge" at 9:30 and 11 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 19.

Unity World Day of Prayer

Unity in the Olympics, 2917 E. Myrtle St., Port Angeles, holds a 24-hour prayer vigil from midnight to midnight starting Thursday, Sept. 9, in honor of the 17th Unity World Day of Prayer. Special prayer services will be at noon and 7 p.m.
