Rachel Chumley sings “You Belong in Sequim,” a parody of a Taylor Swift song set to lyrics by Robin and Kenny Hall, at the Sequim-Dungeness Valley Chamber of Commerce meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 23. Chumley, a junior, sang the tune at the Sequim High School senior play and repeated the performance at the chamber’s Citizen of the Year awards luncheon.
