Break out the books

Summer's not quite half over and school is still more than a month away.

What's a young reader to do? And what about the parents?

The North Olympic Library System and a number of local, regional and national literacy groups have plenty of book suggestions for the youngest readers and the oldest "kids."

Go online and search the North Olympic Library System's catalog (www.nols.org) before you run out and buy any new books - the library can spare you some time and money.
