Students celebrate at Haller science fair

Helen Haller students in all grades showed off their science know-how on March 26 and 27.


At the annual Parent Teacher Organization’s Science Fair, more than 30 students presented at the annual event for an array of local judges who provided feedback on each board and students’ research. Each student spent time at home, after school, in the Science Club or at Sequim Middle School with Deb Beckett on Tuesdays working on their individual projects.


Participating students included Isaac McKeen, Blake Carpenter, Sienna Dahlquist, Krista Charters, Lars Wiker, Win Jones, Lillianna Mitchell, Cohen Riley, Aiden Albers, Julia Jack, Olivia Kaplan, Savannah Minker, Miya Songs, Danika Chen and Kaitlyn Wandel, Samuel Gordeuk, Kari Olson, Sedona Rogers, Alliyah Weber, Ruby Coulson, Yannick Gaetan, Karlie Viada, Mayhsa Deol, Zoe Moore, Teagan Moore, Emma Wyant, Olivia Owen, Kaidence Cary, Jackson Van de Wege, Kaylee Riley, Gabe Ludvik, Kenzie Camp, Sumer Deol, Kailyn Lopez, Aleah Chen, Erik Holtrop, Logan Laxson, Chloe Van Proyen, Madisyn Rayburn, Paola Villegas, Jacob Nicholson, Christian Nicholson, Douglass Peecher, Nicholas Charters, Brianna Jack, Sara Minty, Lesae Pfeffer, Lisa Christman, Michel Himmelberger, Summar Jewels and Ari Turner.
