Sequim Aglow

Sequim Aglow meets 10 a.m.-noon Thursday, July 8, at Trinity United Methodist Church, 100 Blake Ave., Sequim.

Karen White, a schoolteacher in Forks and also the Forks Aglow president, speaks on "A Time to Dance."

A buffet brunch features finger foods. Free babysitting is provided to allow mothers with young children to attend. Call 360-477-3152.



Christian Women's Connection

Christian Women's Connection presents "Finding Value & Worth" from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 13, with guest speaker Brenda Peterson, at the Port Angeles Crabhouse, 221 N. Lincoln St.

Denise Graham provides music and Truth for Youth presents a live drama, "Human Video." Lunch is $15. Reservations are available at 457-8261.



Faith Lutheran Church

Faith Lutheran Church hosts a vacation Bible school from 9 a.m.-noon Monday-Friday, July 12-16, at 382 W. Cedar St., Sequim. "High Seas Expedition" is the theme. Call 683-4803.



Vacation Bible school

Sequim Community Church hosts vacation Bible school in July.

School for students entering grades 1-5 will be held at 10 a.m. Monday-Friday, July 19-23.

School will be held 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday-Friday, July 21-23, for students entering preschool and kindergarten.

Activities at the church in August include a mission camp for grades 3-6 on Friday-Saturday, Aug. 13-14, and the 13th annual Music, Arts & Drama Camp, 9 a.m.-12:15 p.m. Aug. 2-6.
