Taizé: A quiet, reflective pause

A Taizé service will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 27, at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 525 N. Fifth Ave., Sequim.

Originated in the village of Taizé in eastern France, a Taizé service includes candles, silence and short simple songs, which are repeated many times and become prayers in themselves.
