Recovery group begins

Real Life Recovery meets at 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays beginning today, March 3, at The Crossing Church.

Community members suffering from addiction are invited to attend.

A sermon titled "Family Under Attack" offers insight and encouragement about family relationships at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, March 7, at the church, which meets at Deer Park Cinemas, 96 Deer Park Road, Sequim.

Youth group sponsors talent show

Dungeness Community Church's youth group sponsors a talent show and silent auction at 7 p.m. Friday, March 5. Bidding begins at 6:40 p.m. at the church, 45 Eberle Lane, Sequim.

The event is a fundraiser for a mission trip to Mexico, where they plan to build a home for a family in need. Call 683-7333.

Luncheon scheduled

"March Movin' and Shakin'" is the theme of the Port Angeles Christian Women's Connection luncheon Tuesday, March 9, on the second floor of Port Angeles CrabHouse at the Red Lion, 221 N. Lincoln St., Port Angeles.

The event begins at 11:30 a.m.
