Glass artists invited to exhibit

Entry deadline is July 9 for The Museum and Arts Center's "Transcendence - The Magic of Glass," a juried contemporary glass art exhibition Sept. 1-25.

The exhibition, part of the Glass Art Festival, is open to artists working in but not limited to, blown, cast, fused, kiln-formed, torchworked, pate de verre, stained, mosaic, sand-carved glass and mixed media.

Fees are $20 for the first entry and $5 each additional entry, up to a total of five. Entries do not need to be for sale. More than $1,000 in awards will be presented.

Opportunities for vendors at Glass Alley are available Saturdays in September, alongside the MAC Exhibit Center.
