Unwrapping 'Nature's Gifts'

Life's daily adventures take the spotlight as Sequim author Harriette "Ree" Huston holds a reading and signing for copies of her book "Nature's Gifts: A Family Fun Book Exploring Pictures, Prose and Poetry" from 3-6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26, and Saturday, Oct. 27 at The Good Book, 108 W. Washington St., Sequim.

Huston's book, an interactive guide to a variety of animals, their habits and habitats, is laced with pictures and poetry.
