Fifth Olympic Driftwood Sculptors show set

The fifth Olympic Driftwood Sculptors Art Show, held in conjunction with Sequim Lavender Weekend, is scheduled for 10 a.m.-5 p.m. daily, July 19-21, at the Sequim Middle School, 301 W. Hendrickson Road.

Admission is free.

In addition to the exhibit of more than 150 sculptures by numerous artists, the sculptors present an “Aquarium,” a separate display of marine-related sculptures.

Demonstrations of works-in-progress are ongoing throughout the show and driftwood artists are available to answer questions and explain the process used in creating these art pieces. Visit the driftwood boutique, where handcrafted driftwood pendants and other accessories are available for purchase.

Raffle tickets will be on sale for a chance to win a driftwood sculpture created by several club members.
