Movie series begins


The Magic of Cinema film series begins Friday, Oct. 11, with the screening of “The Age of Stupid,” starring Oscar-nominated Pete Postlethwaite.

 

The film will begin at 7 p.m. in Maier Performance Hall at Peninsula College.

 

Postlethwaite plays a man living in the devastated future world of 2055 who is entrusted with the safekeeping of humanity’s surviving store of art and knowledge.

 

Admission is $5 general; Peninsula College students are free with a current student ID.
