‘The Arroyo’ coming to Deer Park for single show

Jonathan Hay, a Sequim native and film producer, screens his first independent film, “The Arroyo,” at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 3, at Deer Park Cinema, 96 Deer Park Lane, Port Angeles.

Hay and film director Jeremy Boreing host a question-and-answer time after the movie.

After growing up in Sequim, Hay graduated from the Los Angeles Film Studies Center and then started his career at CBS. He has produced for shows like “So You Think You Can Dance,” “The Amazing Spider Man” and “American Idol.”
