Dean Ratzman performs "Hits of Great Musical Artists from the 1950s-1980s at 7 p.m. Friday, July 30, at the Port Angeles Library, 2210 S. Peabody St.
Ratzman's one-man show incorporates keyboard, trumpet, trombone and song, putting a lively and humorous twist on arrangements in the style of The Beach Boys, The Beatles, Neil Diamond, Elvis, Elton John, The Supremes, The Doors and others.
Ratzman, a San Diego, Calif., resident, graduated from Port Angeles High School with honors in music and attended Berklee College of Music in Boston. He has performed all over the United States, in Canada, Japan, Greece and the Caribbean.
