The Sunbonnet Sue Quilt Club celebrates its 25th year in 2011. Of the 14 charter members of the club, 10 continue their membership, and on March 9 these charter members were recognized. Five members in attendance were presented with a specially made Anniversary Star pin by club president Carol Prael. Members presented with pins are, from left, Irene Burfitt, Shirley Lehman, Win Skillman, Hester Crary and Geri Angiuli. Not pictured but honored at the meeting were Diana Jay, Peggy Johnson, Louise Midkiff, Kennie Starzenski and Jan Wheeler.
