Peninsula College’s Magic of Cinema Film Series and the Peninsula College Longhouse “House of Learning” present two films on migrant teens and children at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8, in Maier Performance Hall on the main campus, 1502 E. Lauridsen Blvd.

“Who We Are,” is a short documentary created by five Mount Vernon High School girls on growing up as migrant students in America.

Three of the girls — Ana Mendoza, Teresa Santos and Lucia Garcia — are available for a discussion after both films have screened.

The second film, "The Harvest," follows three migrant children as they work to help their families survive.

Admission is $5, free for current P.C. students.
