The school bonds should be time-phased according to need and project priority.

If these funds are acquired in a single issue, they will disappear into the bureaucratic blue hole and the district will be back for more.

The existing schools should be upgraded by the current property owners and the new east-side school should be built with developer newcomer fees.

It is no surprise that this school bond discussion surfaced after the city hall funds were procured. The schools should have had priority over the city hall complex.

Oh yeah, you will be shocked at how fast the city government will grow when they have room to expand.
