Magician visits peninsula libraries; Gieser's work on display

Magician visits peninsula libraries CANCELED

Award-winning hypnotist and magician Joe Black was scheduled to will visitNorth Olympic Library System on Tuesday, July 5, for two family friendly performances, but had to cancel his performances.

Library staff say there is no plan to reschedule the shows.

A Seattle-based magician and hypnotist, Black has nearly 20 years of experience performing for families and kids of all ages. His hard work developing his skills began in 1996, and he has since appeared on the television variety show “America’s Got Talent” and twice won the “Rising Star Award.”


Gieser’s work on display

The Summer Art in the Library exhibit features the work of Eileen Gieser and will be on display through Oct. 3 at the Sequim Library, 630 N. Sequim Ave.
