Is the nation a ‘failing state?’

The Rev. Amanda Aikman is the guest speaker at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship on March 4, at 10:30am. Her message, titled “Is the U.S. a Failing State?” examines that by some standards, our country is a failing state. Her presentation considers questions such as, what are the indicators, what can we do and how do our religious principles guide us? Aikman is a retired minister living in Everett. She has won more than a dozen national sermon contests and is a playwright and spiritual director. OUUF is located at 1033 N. Barr Road between Sequim and Port Angeles. Coffee and fellowship follow the service. Enrichment and play are provided for children. See
