Hear about a ‘Flat Earth Society’

The Rev. Amanda Aikman is the guest speaker at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 19, at the Olympic Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 1033 N. Barr Road, Agnew.

Her message, “The Flat Earth Society,” explores the attitude held by many that the earth is flat — and also dares to reflect on which cherished beliefs are irrational or weird.

Enrichment and play for children is provided; coffee and fellowship follow the service.

TAZIE services take a break

There will be no TAIZE services in November and December because of the holidays. The service resumes Monday, Jan. 22, at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 525 N. Fifth Ave., Sequim.
