Getting grounded through outdoor yoga, nature walks

On the second Saturday of June, July and August from 10 a.m.-noon join the North Olympic Land Trust, Olympic Nature Experience and Dungeness River Audubon Center for an all outdoor nature walk and yoga series. Classes will begin with a 45-minute guided walk focused on the area’s natural history, native plants and animals.

Each walk will lead to a designated location where Julia Buggy, certified yoga instructor and holistic lifestyle instructor, leads the group through an all abilities yoga class.

Depending on location, participants can return with the group or continue to hike on their own to enjoy the gifts of nature and yoga.
