‘Memories’ on display in Carnegie raffle

The “Lincoln Memories” quilt is now on exhibit upstairs at The Museum at the Carnegie, 207 S. Lincoln St., Port Angeles.

The queen-size quilt, designed and sewn by Pat Donelan and quilted by Karen Grimsley, features Fractured Star, Basket Square, Tulip Square and This and That Square. Donelan used 85 different 100-percent-cotton fabrics. The quilt was designed as a fundraiser for the Clallam County Historical Society and the winner of the raffle will be drawn at the Celebration of Clallam County Schools on Sept.15.

Tickets are available at The Museum at the Carnegie and the Historical Society’s office at Lincoln School.

The Museum at the Carnegie is open 1-4 p.m. Wednesday-Saturday.
