Fosket-Ihlan engagement

Vernon and Lynn Fosket of Sequim announce the engagement of their daughter, Naomi Fosket, to Lt. Christopher Ihlan, USN. An Aug. 5 wedding is being planned at the Bellingham Cruise Terminal. The couple will make their home in Anacortes.

The bride-to-be is a 2007 graduate Sequim High School and a 2011 graduate of Seattle Pacific University, earning a bachelor’s degree in music education. She is an elementary music specialist at Isom Elementary School in Lynden.

The groom-to-be is a 2007 graduate of Squalicum High School in Bellingham and a 2011 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, Md. He is a naval aviator at Naval Air Station Whidbey.
