Don and Annette Rockenbrant of Sequim are excited to announce the wedding of their son, Jeffrey Rockenbrant to Charlene Gaurano of New York, NY.

Charlene is the daughter of Noel and Edinah Gaurano of New York, NY.

Jeff graduated from Pacific Lutheran University Tacoma in 2009, and Charlene graduated from the University of Scranton in Scranton, Pa., in 2006.

They met in Hawaii and were long-time friends. Charlene moved to Australia in 2012, and Jeff joined her there in 2016.

They got engaged on July 25, 2017, while out surfing in Sydney, Australia.

Jeff and Charlene are excited to return to Hawaii to celebrate their wedding ceremony with immediate family. It will take place on Friday, June 1, at the Kaneohe Bay Sandbar in Kanehoe, Oahu, Hawaii. The ceremony will be held at low tide in the middle of the ocean. Following the ceremony, a lunch reception will be held at Roy’s Beach House at Turtle Bay Resort.

After the wedding, Jeff and Charlene plan to move to Maui, Hawaii, and begin their new life together.
