Milestone: Wall receives OMC leadership award

Lorraine Wall, who began working at Olympic Medical Center (OMC) in 1998 and has been chief nursing officer for the past 11 years, was presented the organization’s leadership award by OMC CEO Eric Lewis at a recent management meeting.

In February 2017, Wall assumed the additional role of hospital chief operating officer.

“Lorraine has been tremendously helpful since becoming hospital COO, and what truly sets her apart is the way her direct reports value her leadership,” Lewis said.

According to OMC management staff, Wall always puts patients first, has an excellent understanding of the organization, is an exceptional coach and mentor, makes time to address emergent issues and is an advocate for the nursing profession.
