For this year’s Windermere Community Service Day on Friday, June 8, representatives from the Windermere Real Estate offices in Sequim assisted the Sequim Food Bank with their annual Peanut Butter Drive at the Sequim Walmart, Safeway and QFC stores.
Food bank president Stephen Rosales estimates there were about 3,300 jars of peanut butter collected over the weekend and about $900 in monetary donations.
Windermere and the Sequim Food Bank thanks the community for their generous support. Those who missed the drive but would still like to donate are asked to call the Sequim Food Bank at 360-683-1205 or 360-461-6038. The food bank is at 144 W. Alder St.
