‘Petals and Pathways’ garden tour tickets on sale

Tickets for the annual “Petals and Pathways Home Garden Tour” sponsored by the Master Gardener Foundation of Clallam County are now on sale.

This year’s event features five beautifully landscaped home gardens in Sequim, along with the Woodcock Demonstration Gardens that will open to the public, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, June 22.

These gardens are selected by Master Gardeners of Clallam County for their diversity in gardening and landscape techniques, design and accessibility.

The gardens selected this year all have names that will indicate the types of landscapes the viewer will see and experience, such as “A Taste of England,” “A River Runs through it,” “Backyard Wildlife Sanctuary,” “Early Bird Creek Garden” and “A Nod to the Pacific Northwest.”

Tickets are $15 prior to the tour and $20 on tour day. Get them from local Master Gardeners and in Sequim at Over the Fence, Peninsula Nursery, Sunny Farms, The Co-Op Farm and Garden Store and Nash’s Organic Produce, and in Port Angeles at Airport Garden Center, Green House Nursery, Port Book and News and the WSU Extension office. Tickets are also available online at www.brownpaper tickets.com/event/4058324.
