The 2017 Irrigation Festival Fun Run 5k run/walk starts at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 13, in front of the JCPenney’s parking lot, 651 W. Washington St.

Organized by Sportsfit Training Center and the City of Sequim, the out-and-back 5k race starts near the parking lot and goes east on Washington Street to a turnaround point at the Shipley Center on East Hammond Street.

Prizes are awarded to the first male and female finishers. Cost is $25 per participant. Runners/walkers are asked to be clear of the course by 10:55 a.m. in time for the following car parade.
