Super, silly show at libraries

As part of the North Olympic Library System’s annual Summer Reading Program, Joshua J. Superstar will be performing in Sequim at 10:30 a.m. and Port Angeles at 6:30 p.m. Friday, July 7, at their respective libraries at 630 N. Sequim Ave. and 2210 S. Peabody St.

Joshua J. Superstar masterfully fuses side-splitting comedy, nail-biting stunts, and, of course, loads of audience participation into the fabulous Joshua J. Supershow! Typical performances may include everything from balancing a ladder on his face while riding a 6-foot-tall unicycle or pulling a full-grown man out of the audience and taking him for a ride on his unicycle. He may even juggle your child.

The Summer Reading Program runs through Saturday, Aug. 19, and is supported by the Friends of the Library at all NOLS libraries. For more information about the Summer Reading Program and other events for young people, visit www.nols.org or email youth@nols.org.

In the event of rain or wind, Sequim Library programs will be at the Sequim Middle School cafeteria, 301 W. Hendrickson Road.
