A bit of car and truck test driving has given three Sequim High School clubs a boost.

Teaming up with Price Ford, the school hosted a Drive 4 UR School event in April, with $20 for each test drive going to SHS organizations.

The fundraiser total, announced recently, brought in $4,030.

Forty-five percent of that total went to the SHS Class of 2018, 45 percent went to the SHS girls swim team’s starting blocks via the Sequim YMCA, and 10 percent went to the SHS band, the school club that was able to bring in the most number of test drivers.
