Dear readers,

In long car rides and lazy Saturdays, Mad Libs are the perfect game. I grew up ordering them out of book fair catalogs and writing in silly words. After doing a few pages, I dare you not to put in a word that would make any Middle School student giggle.

I attribute a lot of my vocabulary and taste in humor to Mad Libs. I have a stack of them as recent gifts from my wife including “Star Wars,” “Indiana Jones,” and more that I hope to share with my son.

So for Valentine’s Day, here’s my homage to Mad Libs while (verb ending in ‘ing’) Sequim. They can be a blast if you make them just (adjective). Feel free to copy and paste your story below.

Enjoy,
Matthew Nash
