May 12, 11:21 p.m. - Trespassing was reported on the 400 block of South Fifth Avenue.

May 13, 2:58 a.m. - Trespassing was reported on the 800 block of Oxford Way.

May 13, 7:05 a.m. - An act of vandalism - graffiti - was reported at Sequim High School, 601 N. Sequim Ave.

May 13, 8:29 a.m. - The caller reported credit card fraud on the 200 block of East Fir Street.

May 13, 3:43 p.m. - A juvenile warrant was served on the 200 block of West Cedar Street.

May 13, 6:13 p.m. - Theft of three bottles of wine was reported at Quality Food Center, 990 E. Washington St.

May 14, 9:38 a.m. - The caller reported phone harassment at the City of Sequim building, 152 W. Cedar St.

May 14, 4:41 p.m. - A vehicle hit-and-run was reported on the 500 block of West Hendrickson Road.

May 15, 3:00 a.m. - An assault was reported on the 100 block of West Prairie Street.

May 15, 11 a.m. - The caller reported phone harassment at the Sequim Fire Department, 323 N. Fifth Ave.

May 15, 10:15 p.m. - A search warrant was served on the 100 block of East Prairie Street.

May 15, 11:02 p.m. - An arrest for driving under the influence was reported on the 300 block of West Washington Street.

May 16, 1:45 p.m. - Someone reportedly broke a window with a rock on the 600 block of West Washington Street.

May 16, 2:34 p.m. - The caller reported threats on the 600 block of West Washington Street.

May 16, 5:38 p.m. - Theft of a checkbook was reported on the 200 block of East Prairie Street.

May 17, 2:44 a.m. - Someone reportedly threw an object through a window at Prairie Springs Assisted Living, 680 W. Prairie St.

May 17, 3:57 p.m. - A vehicle reportedly damaged property near the 100 block of Grant Road.

May 11, 3:37 p.m. - The caller reported threats on the 1700 block of Taylor Cutoff Road.

May 14, 9:10 p.m. - The caller reported hearing gunshots near the 1800 block of Taylor Cutoff Road.

May 14, 11:28 p.m. - An assault was reported on the 255000 block of U.S. Highway 101.

May 15, 7:22 a.m. - An unclothed male reportedly was spotted on the west end of Railroad Bridge Park's bridge, 2151 W. Hendrickson Road.
