The Port Angeles Community Players will hold tryouts for the mystery "Rehearsal For Murder" at 7 p.m. today, June 3, at the Port Angeles Community Playhouse, 1235 E. Lauridsen Blvd.
One year after the death of his leading lady, a playwright reunites the cast of the play she was in to read his latest work. As each scene is read, the cast realizes that the scenes hit close to home. Does their friend, the playwright, suspect them of murder? If so, who killed Monica Welles?
Rehearsals will begin in early August and the play will be on stage Sept. 19-Oct. 4. Roles are available for nine men and six women of various ages over 20.
Playbooks are available at the Port Angeles and Sequim libraries.
Call director Robert Sommers at 452-7523.
