New executive director for Olympic Medical Physicians

Sheri Greene joined Olympic Medical Physicians as its new executive director this winter.

She provides operational leadership for the seven OMP clinics in Port Angeles and Sequim and serves on Olympic Medical Center’s administrative leadership team.

Greene looks to optimize OMP’s patient services, communication and financial performance.

“I am excited to be a part of the vibrant, patient-centered care offered by the physicians and staff that are a part of Olympic Medical Physicians,” said Greene. “This community is fortunate that Olympic Medical Center formed OMP. It allows us to recruit and retain needed specialists for this community.”

Greene earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Seattle University. Previously, she worked as clinic operations manager for Primary Care and Rehab at Northwest Healthcare in Montana. Prior to that, she served 12 years as an operations officer for the CIA in Washington, D.C.

“Sheri brings critical administrative and leadership experience to Olympic Medical Physicians,” said Scott Kennedy, M.D., chief medical officer at Olympic Medical Center. “She will work to ensure OMP surpasses its mission to provide safe, quality, patient-centered health care to our community.”

Olympic Medical Physicians provides the following specialties: cardiology, gastroenterology, general surgery, medical and radiation oncology, midwifery, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedic surgery, primary care, pulmonary medicine, sleep medicine and urology.
