Sequim gets in on Port Gamble’s Civil War re-enactment

Karla Morgan, seen here dressed in Civil War-era Christmas dress, is one of several locals headed this weekend to the seventh-annual Battle of Port Gamble in Port Gamble, slated for June 25-26. The Civil War re-enactment is sponsored by the Washington Civil War Association, one of dozens nationwide commemorating the war’s 150th anniversary. Morgan says the Sequim Senior Activities Center has scheduled a bus to take those interested in attending to the event.
