Police pursuing man with knife




Sequim Police Officers are looking for man in his late 30s who allegedly threatened a woman with a knife near East Hammond Street.

 

The man is described as clean-shaven with short, dark hair; he is believed to be between 5 feet 3 inches and 5 feet 8 inches tall, wearing khaki pants and a beige hoody, possibly carrying a medium sized knife.

 

Initial reports said the woman was walking her dog through a field near East Hammond Street when the man walked out of a tent holding a knife and told her to get off his property.

 

She replied that it wasn't his property and he went back into his tent.
