Alzheimer’s Walk is set for September

The Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s is the nation’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research.


The local Walk to End Alzheimer’s is set for 8:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, at the Boys & Girls Club, 400 W. Fir St., Sequim. The event includes a 3k walk and a tribute ceremony, along with information about the disease, advocacy opportunities, clinical trial enrollment and support programs/services offered by the Alzheimer’s Association.
