Law enforcement seeks suspects in Port Angels-area burglary


Local law enforcement agencies are looking for three suspects in a burglary that took place in Port Angeles at approximately 10:15 a.m. Sunday morning July 21. 

Two suspects fled the scene with stolen shotguns. A vehicle pursuit ensued and ended on Dan Kelly Road. 

One of the suspects are described as a Native America male believed to be Matthew T. Charles, a slender white male, and another is a female wearing a red/white/black zip up sweatshirt. The subjects may be armed and should be considered dangerous. 

Residents living in the Colville Road area off of Dan Kelly Road are advised to stay in their homes and call 9-1-1 if they see anything suspicious.
Members of the Port Angeles Police Department, Clallam County Sheriff’s Office and the Lower Elwha Police are involved in the search.
