Showing how to take care of dahlias

Washington State University Master Gardener Florence Larsen shares techniques for planting, growing, showing and overwintering dahlias at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 7, at the Woodcock Demonstration Garden, 2711 Woodcock Road, Sequim.


Larsen has been a Master Gardener since 2006. She discusses and demonstrates spring and summer dahlia care and over-wintering choices.


This presentation is part of the Class Act at Woodcock Garden educational series held at 10 a.m. on the first and third Saturdays of the month. Each presentation is held at the Woodcock Demonstration Garden and are free and open to the public. Call 417-2279.
